That healthcare background is paired with formal education in human services counseling, a master's degree in business, a healthcare marketing certificate from Pepperdine University's Graziadio Business School, an active Community Health Worker I (CHW I) certification through the Nevada Certification Board, and active Nevada insurance producer licensure — a rare combination of patient advocacy training and payer-system fluency.

In 2020, the company began as a hair replacement and wig solutions business, building extensive hands-on experience in wig customization, sourcing, manufacturing, and hair replacement systems — including travel throughout Southeast Asia to work directly with suppliers and manufacturers and gain firsthand insight into the global wig and hair industry.

But the seed was planted long before that — through years of personal experience as a fashion wig wearer.

Like so many wig wearers, our founder spent years navigating the same frustrating cycle — wigs that smelled of factory chemicals straight out of the box, brittle hair that shed after a few washes, highly processed strands that looked beautiful in the package and fell apart within weeks. The money was spent. The research was done. Brand after brand was tried. And one question kept surfacing:
